RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

We try to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. You may return any unused resources purchased directly from Kingdom Culture Ministries International, Kingdom Culture Church Kauaʻi, or Create Culture within ten days of receipt of the order. Returns will be refunded using the original form of payment.

 

Shipping charges are not refundable. Any resources considered used or damaged upon return will be subject to a 25% processing fee. We will gladly cover return shipping costs on any return caused by our error.
